Recipe and Measurements

Spicy Smoked Sausage and Peppers Pasta.
Ingredients:
1 Lg Green Bell Pepper
1 Lg Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Soul Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 16oz Can Diced Tomatoes (With Roasted Peppers)
1 1/2 Tbs Olive Oil
8oz Cooked Pasta (Your Choice)
3 Spicy Smoked Sausage Links. ( I used Johnsonville, New Orleans Style)
1/2 C Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Clove Fresh Garlic Minced
Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions:
Cook Pasta as package directions
Thinly slice both Bell Peppers, Cut Smoked sausage into bite size pieces. In large pan, add Olive oil, saute peppers for 3-4 minutes, add Garlic, Spices, and Smoked Sausage and cook for another 3 minutes, stiring often, add Diced Tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Drain Pasta Well when done. Add Peppers and Sausage to pasta, Add fresh ground black pepper to taste and stir in Parmesan Cheese.
