1 bag fresh spinach
3 garlic cloves chopped thin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 tbs bacon grease
3 Tbs olive oil

1-2 summer squash sliced thick
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp dried onions 
2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs
1 Cup Parmesan cheese grated.

Cold Cut Sub/Wrap

4 slices of american cheese
4 6 inch flour tortillas
12 slices pepperoni
12 slices salami
4-6 slices bologna
prego pasta sauce
Hot pepper rings

2-3 Avocados sliced in 3/4 inch slices
2 c. Bread crumbs
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 eggs beaten
2 Cups flour.

Combine garlic and onion powder
add 1/2 to panko bread crumbs and 1/2 to flour.  Add salt and pepper to flour and bread crumbs
Dip each piece of avocado in flour, then in egg, then in panko bread crumbs.  Place on foil lined baking sheet.  Once all are coated, spray with non stick cooking spray.  Bake in 400 degree ovenfor 20 minutes.

2-3 Bananas slices
dipping chocolate- 
3/4 C peanut butter

Slice bananas  Spread layer of peanut butter on one banana, top with a nother banana
dip and coat well in melted chocolate.  Place on foil lined baking sheey and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
